Dane Roney
Dane Roney was quick to join the cannabis industry a year before recreational use became legal in Nevada in 2017. His journey first began on the retail side, where he developed Livfree Wellness, better recognized by the Las Vegas community as, “The Dispensary NV.”
Starting from the ground up, Dane led the company from inception up until 2020, when it was purchased and became a publicly-traded company. During these years, Dane grew the operation to three retail stores and five other cannabis licenses including cultivation, production, and distribution. After this, Dane assisted with other Las Vegas-based brands like Green Cannabis Co., where he used his expertise to double their revenue in only a 6-month timeframe.
Throughout his process of building market-leading dispensaries, Dane noticed a glaring gap in the industry. Edible selections, while growing vastly year over year, tend to be filled with sugar. New products like chocolates and gummies lined dispensary shelves, but there weren’t any options for health-conscious consumers like Dane himself.
It was when he noticed this gap that Dane decided to venture on a new path: developing a premier, low-sugar beverage option for those seeking healthier options. Given his deep understanding of the Las Vegas cannabis market, Dane is excited to bring ProCanna’s innovative formula to the scene. Beyond Nevada, Dane hopes to bring ProCanna to consumers across all legal markets.
When he’s not building brands or utilizing his business expertise, Dane enjoys spending time with his wife and 1-year-old daughter, and golfing with his buddies.
Kevin Reimer
Kevin Reimer knows the ins and outs of Las Vegas hospitality better than most. Having worked as a bartender in world-renowned restaurants and nightclubs for fifteen years, he’s mastered the ropes of client relationship management and prompt service. When recreational use became legal in Nevada, Kevin made a gradual transition to the cannabis industry, preferring its lack of hangovers and non-nocturnal lifestyle.
Though Kevin enjoys this mix of pace, he is constantly pulling from his nightlife experience. An expert in curating cocktails and refreshments, it only felt natural to use his skills to build ProCanna’s beverage lineup.
Coming from behind a bar, Kevin understands the familiarity that edible drinks provide to many consumers – its approachable price and nutrition-packed formula don’t hurt either. His time working with hundreds of people nightly, whether it be tourists or hotel executives, has also made him an expert in communication and sales.
True to his core values, Kevin believes in long-term relationships over short-term profit and offers a fresh perspective on growth strategy. He is happy to be working on the ProCanna team and looks forward to assisting in its expansion of products.
Outside of work, Kevin can be found cooking for his family, lifting weights, or playing golf.
TC Daly
TC Daly is an OG to cannabis. He was introduced to the plant’s powerful medicinal effects as a teenager and quickly recognized its potential to heal. Since then, he’s been a lifelong advocate for cannabis reform and education.
Going from growing cannabis in his bedroom closet to running multi-state operations isn’t easy, but TC sure makes it look like it is. His passion for plant medicine has made him a master in formulation, research, and development, as well as production and manufacturing. Today, he uses his expertise to expand and better the cannabis industry in areas where it’s lacking.
With results as his guiding star, TC has been an integral part of the creation of Pro Canna. His hopes for the future of the brand lie in what started it all: listening to the market and providing performance-driven solutions for consumers and brand partners.
When he’s not brainstorming new formulations, TC enjoys live shows, concerts, and sporting events – though, of course, it doesn’t hurt to throw cannabis into the mix.
